Refund Policy

All payments made to Rosanova Holdings LLC for services rendered are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement or contract.

We may, at our sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds only under the following circumstances:

• A billing error occurred on our part
• A mutually agreed-upon project termination prior to service initiation
• An exception is granted in writing by a managing officer of the company

 

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@rosanovaholdings.com within 10 business days of the transaction date. We do not guarantee the approval of refund requests that do not meet the conditions above.

Returns

As we do not provide physical goods, there are **no returns** accepted. All service deliverables, digital assets, or consultations are final upon delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By entering into a service agreement or submitting payment through our website, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly.

Unauthorized or fraudulent disputes may be considered a breach of contract and may result in service suspension and legal action.

Cancellation Policy
